Please select “single” ($103/night) or “double” ($71/night). Purchasing will reserve your room in the Foothill Dorms on UC Berkeley’s campus for the duration of the conference. Make sure you select the date range you need. It is very difficult to change these pre-bookings once they are made!

If you request a double, please also include contact information for your roommate, should you have a particular request. Please note that if you are sharing a room and have a roommate already in mind, your roommate must also purchase a double room and put your name in their booking form.

If we are “out of stock” on the room you selected, please email mlgics2026@gmail.com, and we will add an additional room for you. This option will not be available after April 14th.
